Day 205: Writing a Blog part 10


So the last topic that I was discussing in the series on 'writings blogs' was specially around the blog subject of 'world problem and solutions'. The other types of blogs that I said I would discus are 'Self-Support' Blogs.

In this I would say that one is able to approach these types of blogs in the following way. Lets say you have very little to no experience with the Desteni tools, but would like to apply what you know in your daily life, or you are already familiar with quite a few tools and are now simply looking at how to take things from your life and apply the tools outside of the protective structure of our online courses.

If you don’t have the basic self support tools or are not even comfortable simply 'writing', I suggest joining our free online course, where we familiarise people with the basic tools and terminology:

























Once you have the basic tools in place for writing - you are ready to start exploring events and experiences that happen in your day to day living.  As I have mentioned in a previous blog, some people hit a complete resistance when it comes to writing partly due to the belief that their writings will not be good enough or deep enough etc… This is what I like to call mind blabber - where if one allows yourself to go into self judgment about what you believe others are capable of saying or thinking about you - then you will find yourself stuck always in all aspects of self expression. So my suggestion as I shared in the first few blogs, is to shake off the shackles of self judgment.

Now see writing for what it is - a platform through which you support yourself. If you are writing about more serious subjects that involve events that you would not like to publicize, then simply keep your writings on your computer. This is where word, onenote an other text files come in handy (see what text editing tools you have installed on your computer). Remember to back up your writings, on some external hard drive.

If you decide to write publically then the next step is to create a blog - there are many free blogging platforms such as:



Obviously the maintenance and the 'how to' of having a  blog one would have to google - I have found many tutorials on how to overcome basically any blogging question/issue. Of course the blog sites themselves have support/FAQ sections to help you get started.

How to get started with your writings: Obviously here I would suggest to do our free online course indicated above. This will show you the basics of using writing as a tool for self support.

Now the question people sometimes have is how to use the various tools available in DIP Lite and DIP pro to their day to day experiences. In each course you are shown different techniques, which allow you to access various dimensions of experiences and of the mind. So here I would like to suggest is to do our online courses as they are structured (going from DIP Lite into DIP pro) to address various mind 'systems' so to speak, from for example the conscious, subconscious to the unconscious.  Depending on how far you have gotten through our courses, I suggest make a list of the tools and techniques you have 'under your belt' and from this you will be able to apply what you have learnt to your daily experiences. Therefore for example you will learn a basic structure of first:

  1. Writing out your experience
  2. Now start assessing for yourself the solution - how are you able to take responsibility for your reactions, your thoughts, your participation in the event/moments, your emotion and feeling reactions etc.  What did you realize was your role in how things played out from a smaller thought/feeling reaction to a greater personality design? How are you able to change yourself and your personality designs to no longer allow these patterns which you see do not support you from playing out
  3. Now if you have the tools of self forgiveness and self corrective statements under your belt - apply this this to the writings.
  4. With or without step 3 - start looking at how you will physically live the changes you have realized by either simply applying common sense and self awareness as discussed in step 2, or through the self corrective statements you wrote in step 3.

Here if you have any further questions about a specific experience and you have applied the tools from the course material - but you are still not sure how to look deeper - 2 suggestions are:

Place your writings on the Desteni Forum or the demonology forum if the writings are of a more sensitive nature where you would like to create an anonymous account. Or work your way up from DIP Lite to DIP pro where you are assigned a buddy who meets with you on chats weekly, to discuss problems you might be facing in your life, how to use the course material to support you and they are there to assist you if you get stuck in the lesson material.

Day 192: Writing a Blog part 2

"This part is about understanding that if one finds writing to not 'come naturally' that there are steps and techniques one can use to get to that same level of writing that ones sees others are able to do - which for al of us involved in writing meant practicing each step bit by bit until we were confident and actually started enjoying writing. So in the parts to come I will be focusing on the different tools and considerations that I am able to share within 'Blog Writing'…"

Alright now that we have discussed the experiences of self doubt in relation to whether one is able to write a blog, let us take a look at the next step which is to now structure, for oneself the 'how to' of blog writing - meaning for us to take a look at what type of blog one would like to write and according to this I will share the different tools I have utilised, together with the tools I have seen others using over the years.

First things first - lets step back for a moment and recap on the previous blog - did you notice any reactions or thoughts come up inside of you as you read the first blog? Could you relate? If so how? Here it is handy to have paper and pen or your computer ready to jot down your experiences. For example when I say 'Reactions' - this could be in the form of a thought, an emotion/feeling or a physical reaction. Did you have a thought come up as you were reading or afterwards, such as 'well I have always been bad at writing, even since school'. Did you have an emotional or feeling reaction such as 'uneasiness, depression, sadness, anxiety' or even a positive feeling in relation to moving away from the point of writing a blog - where one would start thinking about rather watching a move and this made you move from the initial lets say slight bit of anxiety, to 'feeling good, feeling content' at the thought of 'rather watching a movie' Perhaps you had a physical reaction such as a heavy feeling in your stomach or tiredness - again as with the emotion or feeling you will find a thought behind it such as 'why bother' or 'if I start writing now people will see that my writing is quite inefficient and judge me'.

So here one is letting go of 'ideas' and 'judgments' that you have of yourself. Obviously this would make a great first topic for a blog - getting to know the reasons behind why one has never written either publically or privately. Now for those of you who are familiar with the Desteni tools and would like to work more with yourself, your judgments, fears, belief systems etc - we have our free online course: http://lite.desteniiprocess.com/. This course will show you how to further develop your writings, it will introduce to you the tools we utilise called self forgiveness, self honesty, self corrective statements etc.

For those of you who are not familiar with the Desteni tools, what I am able to recommend in relation to your doubts, ideas and fears - is to use breathing when these reactions come up to 'stop' them. You use breathing in this instance to stabilise yourself out of the reaction meaning - as an example lets say you have the thought come up 'well what is the point because I have been bad at writing since childhood'. The solution to any reaction you are having, is to assess for yourself whether what exists inside of you in that moment is what is best for you - is it you living to your utmost potential?

Day 184: Self Purification through Writing, Self Forgiveness and Self Application

4. Self Purification through Writing, Self Forgiveness and Self Application – the action of realising I am responsible for my own thoughts, words and deeds, to forgive myself for transgressions and change myself to ensure I take responsibility for who, what and how I am and through this know that I can trust myself to always be honest with me and so others

What I would like to focus on in this blog is talking a bit about my experience with Self-Forgiveness and how that fits into the previous sections or writings that I have done, where I had introduced you to the consideration that to change the world we have to live the change. This I do through applying the tools of Writing and within that Self Honesty to assess step by step where I am with regards to my thoughts, words and deeds. Previously I had also discussed the point of 'self-responsibility' - that in actuality one can look to the skies for answers or 'blame' others - but obviously common sense indicates that what is mine is mine - meaning my thoughts, words and deeds are my own. Therefore if one start observing the problems in the world - one will see how each human's internal realities become at some stage manifested into our external realities.

Therefore we literally do not have to look far to find the solutions to 'world problems' because it all started with the human, with how we think and react and behave. So change human instinctual behaviour and you will eventually change the world. So if one for example sets a proposal to implement a new economic system that will function to support life instead of greed and a person goes into fear and anger and have reaction thoughts protecting ones own self interest over the lives of other - then obviously this shows that internally there are dimensions to the human that are not standing as what is best for all. And yet interestingly we will all fight tooth and nail to protect ourselves in saying that we all really do care. We all really do feel empathy and do feel 'bad' for those who suffer? Really? I say let one's internal truth as who each one really is, be the determining factor that will set the stage for how we as humans are held accountable for how our words, deeds and thoughts have always and will continue to create reality.

So what to do once one has realised that one is completely responsible for what exist inside of Self, plus what manifests as our world. This is where Self-Forgiveness comes in. As the words imply Self Forgiveness is where one has realised Self is responsible towards Self for all ones thoughts, words and Deeds - and within this obviously the power to change Self exist with Self - not some God in the sky. Obviously when I say one is completely self responsible - obviously we take into consideration that there are existent within us specific pre-programmed and genetic traits - which have an impact on how we act and think and behave - however again here we bring the point back to Self. Meaning - once one realises that these designs are within us and therefore are us, then again the responsibility and power exist with Self to work on these designs and programs to change and/or stop them. Therefore some pre designs and programs one will be able to change completely, some take a bit longer depending on how integrated they are into physical systems, and some designs one might not change because they have completely become a physical part and when the physical is damaged or changed beyond a certain point - it from that perspective obviously becomes more difficult for oneself to change the original design as it is now physically manifested. Therefore one is able to delete the original program within self as ones DNA - however the physical consequences might still remain.

With Self-Forgiveness - I want to just backtrack one step and again reiterate that the starting point of self-forgiveness is as mentioned previously, bringing all points back to self - thus this indicates self responsibility. As mentioned previously in self responsibility - one will always be assessing in awareness with using self honesty - look at who self is in every situation. Therefore what are my real thoughts, words and deeds. Then in 'taking self responsibility one is stating that one not only realises that one is self responsibly but is taking it. What does this mean - this means you do what needs to be done inside self and in ones living actions to change or become or move the point to the outcome that you see is best - instead of what it is at the moment one realised the problem in ones 'thoughts, words and deeds'. So here as an example the first step in taking self responsibility for ones designs - is to either in writing pull the design apart - meaning you look at all its aspects, all its creational dimensions - so that within this one is able to take responsibility for all parts of the design so that no part is left sitting one could say in the mind design - to be left - to continue creating. For this one can use writing - which obviously allows one to from within oneself almost 'pour' the information outward onto paper - so that one has all the information 'in front of yourself'. This I have found as many have is already very therapeutic one could say - in the taking from within and placing in front of oneself - it has a release point to a certain extent - from 'keeping things bottled' or supressing things or merely not even seeing anything but having the design 'run' in the background. So a lot of clarity is reached by writing things out - especially in a way that allows one to see the design point - or as I like to call them 'puzzle pieces' that make up the point one is working wit.

Now after writing or simply looking at information inside oneself - as one becomes more adapt at pulling information inside oneself (where writing initially trains one) - this is where one takes responsibility and changes oneself in relation to what one is working with through self forgiveness statements. In forgiving self one is not only reading and writing blank statements. In each statement one is really forgiving Self. See how forgiving Self is completely different then just 'writing self forgiveness'. This many people get stuck with - but for each as for myself has been a point of self realisation - where you realize it like an 'aha' moment -oh I am really forgiving myself. As one applies self forgiveness you will experience many shifts and releases in the mind body connections. But realise that in forgiving self one must be willing to a) as discussed take responsibility for ones role within the point you are facing and b) let the point go - this for many is difficult on 2 levels - one is that self has become addicted to the outcome of the problem - for example being angry with self - one does not want to let go of anger because if I am angry I don’t have to experience intimacy with others and then if I don’t face intimacy I don’t have to face my actual fear of rejection etc …

Secondly one holds onto points because of its placement in the design of ones mind and therefore the mind has specific placeholders for each and every part of ones experiences - therefore applying self forgiveness at times one really will be challenged by ones own mind - proof if you look at it that we have always been quite separated from our own minds even - when we described how difficult it can make things for us. Interesting isn't it -shows us that we have never actually been the directive principle of ourselves - because in most cases we will describe an aspect of our mind (for example anger, jealousy, addiction etc) as being to powerful to overcome.

Day 166: The Paranormal Series part 27 - Demons vs. Angels part 14

The one things that became more prominent within myself over these years, was as I have mentioned before this false sense of empowerment. I felt strongly that the 'world system' was one tracked, meaning you work (if you are able to find employment), you get a boyfriend or girlfriend, you pay your taxes, you get married and you have kids - and if one did not really have an interest in the mainstream flow of what we would call 'life' - then it becomes very difficult functioning in the world as it exists currently. Therefore as the years went by I retreated more and more into myself, into my belief systems and obviously this resulted in me getting more and more involved in my spiritual beliefs.

Therefore as I mentioned in a previous blog - I developed from there an interest in 'alternative medicines' and specifically after visiting a Kinesiologist, I knew that this is what I wanted to do. Years later of course as I looked back at the factors involved in my decision making, I realized that my 'choices' in wanting to become a 'healer was partly to do with the fact that I had a lot of 'healing' to do myself, because of the fact that my relationship, or shall I say lack of a relationship with both my father and mother left me with low self esteem and low self worth - which is something which one often sees in children, who do not develop or develop 'skewed' relationships with one or both parents. The child, in essence becomes as an adult the direct reflection of how they experienced themselves with their parents, because obviously if a child sees that a parent treats them with slight indifference, then the child accepts this 'verdict' by the parent, of who the child is and will accept this as their own 'identity' or 'self-belief' and will become 'self indifferent'. This self-indifference for example, then branches out into various other 'I am statements' such as I am nothing, or I don’t belong, or I am ugly, or nobody wants me.


The experience one then has towards others is always coming from and based upon a self belief. What I have found very interesting in studying the development of the human psyche, is that family and societal relationships are all based on affirming ones relationships towards others - fascinating. Meaning - where we split the being into self versus others, which obviously then becomes a life long battle of trying to live up to the expectations of others, instead of realizing I AM HERE - meaning here I am in my physical body, I am already complete, therefore how can parts of me be with and from other people? But, again because the capitalists and marketers and psychologists study and formulate information used in consumerism to support consumerism, the truth of I AM HERE, does not get mentioned as a definitive truth, because this would be the entire collapse of the consumerism system as people will stop engaging the outside world for 'self fulfillment' but will express self - which are 2 very different things. Currently the consumerism market exist on the premise of pushing and impulsing humanity to buy as much as possible, in the pursuit for personal happiness and fulfillment. Unfortunately growing up, our parents believed the brainwashing, and raised their children to become energy systems and obviously as all of us get addicted to the energy systems of the mind, it becomes more and more difficult for us to stop and see what we are doing and change...

Day 154: Living by the principle of what is best for all part 5

"If I truly felt anything towards abuse, towards the problems we faced – I had to start with me and stop yelling to the skies, or blaming the government, or blaming the obvious baddies etc. I mean if one uses a bit of common sense you will realize that even if we ended up like in those end of the word Apocalypse movies, where we get shipped to another planet because we have destroyed this one. What would change? Nothing – due to our inherent nature, we as who we have become would simply start all over again and destroy – in time the new planet; basic common sense. If we don't change, nothing will change. So therefore this principle of ‘doing what is best for all’ became my full understanding as the solution. If we want to stop the madness and have ‘what is best’ – how can we expect to still live the secret aspects of our minds as our fears and justifications for our self interest? How can we respect jesus as an example of a man who did and encourages living what is best – but we continue not living what is best?  Why must somebody else like a guru or deity or religious figure or politicians do what is best for us, but we don't want to live that within ourselves as a principle?"



So with regards to realizing the Principle of doing what is best for all, I realizes firstly as mentioned in my previous blog, that this would directly imply that I would have to become the change that I expected from the world - because if I did not change my beingness, the starting point of who I was as the human living on this planet directly creating and participating and allowing abuse in all forms of its creation from minuscule to large - then obviously we don’t stand a chance. At first this was a bit of a shock, a revelation that at first allowed me to feel relief as I realised that I could finally stop waiting for some god or deity or 'powerful special person' to save me, but then a while later as I looked at the real steps that I will have to take to bring that about, it left me experiencing a slight bit of anxiety in my solar plexus, as it dawned on me that self change actually means changing who I am, how and what I think and what I allow to exist within me.

Therefore even thought at Desteni you will notice we use many big words or knowledge concepts such as 'self honesty, self forgiveness, self responsibility and self realization. But if you take a closer look at the people who apply these tools and principles - what we are directly saying by speaking these words is that for each it becomes a point of 'living' the words, not just merely speaking them. Obviously this in itself as I realized is the difficult part because and this ties in with the definition of the statement: Living by the principle of what is best for all – guiding me in thought, word and deed to always in all ways direct problems to the best possible outcome for all - what this means is to actually investigate, take responsibility for and change how I have conditioned myself into how I think and speak and express myself.

As an example of : Living by the principle of what is best for all – guiding me in thought, word and deed to always in all ways direct problems to the best possible outcome for all; What does this practically mean? This means as stated above that I would like to live in a world where we stop deceiving and abusing and living only for self interest as the addiction to the Mind. This means that my principle becomes doing and living that which in all ways will always support us as humanity to be better people, functioning in all ways to create a society of people that are actually if one were to say 'the image and likeness of god' - and here I am not saying I belief in a god - here I am referring to what one would understand to be the best human possible. What would this imply - well for me this means stopping all actions, words and thoughts that are not in my best interest, because if it is not what is best for me, then it is obviously not what is best for others - and therefore one will say that to direct one in ones words, thoughts and deeds, is to in every moment asses 'me', meaning to purify my thoughts, words and deeds.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing my true nature within the system of mind consciousness to desire and need a specific type of illusion according to what I would like or dislike or agree with as an afterlife existence.

afterlifeI forgive myself for accepting and allowing my true nature to be what I perceive as being the truth or better than what other people experience, and thus I will reject the spiritual ideals and illusions of other people – as invalid or wrong or misguided , while not realizing for myself if I was to use my own reasoning – that my own spiritual needs and desires also have no basis in the truth and also only exists in my mind, where I have learned to fuel my spirituality by giving it life through my own thought processes and by daily focusing so much on aspects and dimensions of ‘my spirituality’ and how it functions – that eventually i too start having the same illusions around spirituality as what others have and create the same mind-physical type reactions, where I start feeling things moving and happening in my body to ‘seeing things’ and ‘knowing things’.

images (4)I forgive myself for accepting and allowing  myself to misuse the principle of ‘ask and you shall receive’ to not ask about why our reality exists the way it does with famine, war, murder, abuse, rape, poverty, inequality etc – but instead to use my mind to ask for my own unique life experience, whereby I am able to avoid this reality – and further and further float way into my own special experiences that leave me feeling unique, special, spiritual, enlightened.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing  myself to listen to stories about demons and how this will taint or change me – and simply unconditionally believing these stories, without questioning the actuality or truth within this and without questioning the reason why demons are ‘tainted’ in the first place.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to make statements of ‘I don't fear death’ when in actuality I still travel around in my mind, creating various, either life or afterlife scenarios – that allow me to avoid the fear of death and rather focus on my own pleasure, enjoyment and ways of avoiding fear and distracting myself.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing recycling systems of ‘life’ and ‘death’.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing a world system where we decided that a normal human should function a  certain way –which was determined according to our pre-described functioning according to the soul construct and our design within consciousness.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be structured within a pre-programmed mind system within consciousness.

It is so easy for us to always point fingers out there, at the corporations, the media, the governments, them and ‘they’. We have essentially cognitively disillusioned ourselves already by creating a projected idea that how the world exists and the depth of the deception behind how these wheels turn - only occur ‘out there’ by others towards us. Interesting how it is always towards us – but who is doing it if we are always the victims? Reminds me of when one hears/reads a obituary – the person who died was always ‘squeaky clean’, a good soul and loved by their friends, family and community. Most chuckle when we read these, as we realize that the true nature of each human, at the point of death and throughout our lives is never this – and the person themselves during their life would admit that they have secrets, doubts and many points in their world where they fear and lie and hold onto patterns we know do not serve us, but are to addicted to, to fearful of, to let go of. So most humans actually understand at any given time that our inner experience is not so ‘clean’ as our obituaries instantly make us at the time they are written. Each human knows the thoughts that exist in our minds, some see these thoughts towards self and others as a strength that to win over others, you have to think and believe yourself to be better. Others – cringe as the thoughts run through the mind, we cringe as we experience the emotions and feelings that compound one to madness – where you try and convince yourself that your particular personality consisting of daily emotions and feelings are what makes you human – but why is it not so easy then to live in constant jealousy, anger, the need for love, attention and validation.

imagesEven the positive emotions  - one realizes comes part and parcel with having to upkeep the experience to not have to go into the energetic pattern of the opposite polarity – so to constantly chase positive experiences as an experience similar to buying a new flashy cell phone – one is always making peace you could say, with the energy of the opposite polarity which exists because we accepted oneself as an energetic being who is controlled by and dependent upon these cycles of energy as they polarise between the positive and negative. So in essence we have created an outer world that exists as positive and negative experiences – with us in the middle trying to avoid the negative while seeking the positive – this we call life – as we make peace with bad things (the negative polarity) happening daily to billions of beings – human, animal and nature alike –where we hardly flinch (other than reacting inside ourselves for a moment with ‘sadness’) – because we don't see what we are doing – and because we are in the energy patterns as the energy patterns and therefore cannot really feel anything other than the polarity that the moment presents for us  - within our energy matrix.


jealousy (1)So again – looking at what exists in the mind – the question of how and why Cognitive Disinformation exists – is due to those who have mastered Cognitive Disinformation – already understanding how human thinking works. So Cognitive Disinformers are already using a system of the Mind that is Misinformed with regards to the movement of information within the mind and how this is accepted by the being as ‘ok’ and ‘normal’ as thinking and how we then program the mind-physical relationship between how we think and behave. Therefore the essence of responsibility for and of Cognitive Disinformation is to look at the Mind-Systems and how each of us is taught from young - the ways in which to think. For example returning to what I mentioned above –most people say ‘oh I wish I wasn't so jealous’ and yet in thousands of forms all over the world, in all forms of media, entertainment, sport, family, friends, relationships, fashion, the movies, celebrities, capitalism, the value of life between people – here you will find Jealousy as an acceptable exchange between human and human, and human and the physical reality. So we lock Jealousy as an emotional experience into ourselves as how we will respond to others and our reality – in millions of micro ways – and this is just one emotional experience –and yet we don't see that our entire way of living  -exists as all the thoughts, emotions and feelings that we actually on an individual basis realize is uncomfortable Jealousyand harmful. Yet not even in Psychology do they reveal the glue that holds the human existence together – the same emotion and feeling patterns, the same thought patterns that we understand harms us and wish we could actually change. That is because the glue that bind the human to participate in the system – is how the human functions – therefore no matter how the human evolves into a more and more destructive force –what will always be emphasized is how special we are for how we think and what we think – how we fuel emotions and feelings into excessive patterns of behaviour. Therefore to speak about the Human Mind and cause to how and what we allow in this world is seen as taboo – and this in itself by the internet-trolls which we discussed in previous blogs on Cognitive Disinformation – will be protected and people will be hunted down and their internet profile damaged – for speaking of how the human participates in the abuse  -because the Dis-informed uses the Human Disinformation about how we have grown up to be  -to support already existent systems that the Troll/Disinformer wants to protect within the world system.

Day 111: The Psychology of Crimes against Life: Solutions to the Socio-Economic causes of Drug use (Part 15)


In the 2 previous blogs, I discussed the socio-economic type problems we are facing behind the reason why people are turning to substance abuse as a means of coping with the individuals inner-mind-emotional experiences, as well as for the external environmental experiences - that the individual experience/perceive to be beyond their control.

So to summarise - from where I discussed the internal experiences as well as the economic struggles that 'drive' the human to seeking a chemical influence on the Mind-Personality designs - lets take a last look at how to design and find sustainable solutions - for such problems - where the emphasis is on sustainable, lasting, effective, best for all solutions and not the current solutions that are merely existing to support an economy/profit/individual greed, not to actually resolve and solve the problem.

Therefore - looking back at the previous blogs - to recap - the solution for the internal - emotional and mental difficulties faced by humans currently - is to understand how the Mind works, especially how the Individuals personafamily influence/education/environment, their life experiences, their choices and their own personal likes/dilikes etc which contribute to the justifications and reasons behind how and why each person make their choices.
lised personality designs work - to understand these designs and specify the 'therapy' to identify specifically how the individual came to 'design' their personally - which obviously has been influenced by genetics, parental influence, education/schooling, their  family influence/education/environment, their life experiences, their choices and their own personal likes/dilikes etc which contribute to the justifications and reasons behind how and why each person make their choices.

This is for example where we have designed the various courses/ phases within the DIP Pro program and before one moves onto these programs we suggest to participate in the DIP Lite course which really develops ones writings, tools to understand how to develop ones introspection into your own mind - as well as structures writing exercises that allow the individual the space and time to explore aspects of our current thinking processes such as our emotions, feelings, thoughts, beliefs, values, fears, internal conversations etc.

This allows the individual on a personal mind-mental level to explore the reasons and causes of drug/substance use/abuse - and of course drugs/substances are only one method used by the mind to transfix the being into a state of safety, coping and enhancement of character traits - therefore any coping method can be adressed through the same method of introspection and structured writings/deconstructions - it is not therefore that the emphasis of my blogs in necessarily about drugs - it is to show the relationship between the human psyche/consciousness/mental functioning and coping mechanisms - and what this shows about the underlying problems faced within the individual and our society.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the belief to exist withon me that without the drug I am nothing, therefore,

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe and fear that I am nothing within this world due to the existent belief within me that if I do not match the expectations and ideas by others and through my own ideas of what it means o be 'acceptable' then I am nothing.



I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to conclude within my life that if I have not by a certain age obtained a certain level of social standing, such as a specific career/qualification and/or job - then I am not valid in the eys of those who's opinions I respect,

therefore,

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear being rejected by others and to fear the insults I perceive others are thinking 'towards me' within their minds, which is actually me thinking that about myself, which generated judgments and belies and reactions about me towards myself - which I then project onto others.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear being expressive in social situations, because I have already equated in my mind, that for me to accept others they have to dress a certain way, speak a certain way and have a certain life style - just like the celebrities and rich/famous/special people on tv, and therefore in my mind I judge others for not looking like the pictures in magazine and on tv shows, therefore

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to have fallen in my own trap of the ultimate judgment game, where I constantly judge the human - as a picture and idea from pictures and movies, and because it is impossible to live these pictures unless you have sufficient money, I perpetually exists in inner turmoil, self hate and fear of others - because no-one around me and myself included are able to fit into and as these pictures,

therefore

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to have created the self loathing trap, where as the middle and lower class I am always battling with my own self judgements, because the lower and middle class society brackets are always trying to look the part of 'celebrity/beauty/fashion/specialness' even though this standard for those who are unable to afford it, always results in inner turmoil and self loathing - where the entire middle class and lower income brackets are driven into the consumerism market to constantly spend money, and create debt to try and buy ourselves into the pictures.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to have accepted this fear of not looking cool or special or like my fiends and therefore even though nobody wants to talk about this shared fear or not being accepted, we all simply hold onto the pictures as our safety net of self acceptance and continue to give it value as we ignore our pain and continue to move towards the pictures and ideas.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to become a mere picture, an idea, a formation of organic matter directed by pictures into an energy experience, which is guided and directed through the corporations to the point where I will live in debt and comparison to try and appease my fears of others.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to accept this world as one where we have to compete and try and live ourselves as the pictures we see on tv, even though in common sense I am able to see for myself that the pictures are always photoshopped and the models are always skinny and anorexic, thus showing me that the 'representatives' of 'life' as we 'know it' are misshapen, dysfunctional, ill and a lie to drive the consumer to spending money no matter what.

Revenge: Thought (picture)

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hold onto a picture of what I believe is the wrong doing of another, to me or something I value,

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing when and after holding onto this picture as a memory of what I perceive was done to me by another, to use the picture as a way of feeding existing fears, angers and resentments I have developed throughout my life, in relation to similar points.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing this picture as an animated thought to 'pop' into my mind from time to time, after which I will start negotiating inner reactions towards this memory as picture - whereby I am now slowly starting to create an energetic charge in relation to this picture

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to charge this picture energetically (negatively) due to pre-programmed likes and dislikes, which are now creating conflict within me as I battle between my ego, which wants me to win, to succeed, to be right over others and therefore this internal battle is created from the vantage point of how do I win in the future over others using the past, as memories from which I will plot my next step.

Backchat/Inner conversations:

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to now start having internal conversations with myself based on this picture that pops into my mind.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use the picture, to now create scenarios based on the what ifs, the ways I should have or could have dealt with the past, which is basically me not looking at the fear reaction I experiences in relation to the past memory, but instead now conjuring up ways of fighting in the future to be the winner - therefore becoming the one that harms others in self-interest.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to CONvince myself in my mind that others are at fault, not allowing myself to realize that the actual experience within me is one of an emotion reaction of doubt, fear, annoyance, embarrassment.
Myyy PRECIOUSSS!!

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use inner conversations to plan how to in the future act in a way that will allow me to win over the other person, instead of realizing that my emotional reaction is fear based, the fear of losing face, of looking bad and of losing out in life - wherein I am not willing to realize that the war/fight/stance I plan in my head to be spiteful or get back at another - is actually only as a result of my fear towards what I perceive others are doing or are able to do 'to' me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing this inner dialogue to become 'the how' I deal with people and situations, not realising that I am now more and more distancing myself from this actual reality, from the conversations required between myself and others to practically find solutions, instead of rash, final actions and harsh words where I 'deal the final blow' as reaction - to 'be the winner'.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to now create internal conversations around the idea of getting revenge on another, in my beLIEve that this will correct the past and allow me to 'feel better about what happened, without me considering the practical implications of such an act, in that it only serves to exacerbate the emotion/feeling energy systems, and has no practical purpose for this reality - as it only creates further cycles of anger and revenge.

Day 74: International Crime Research: The Psychology of Crimes Against Life: Heuristics Part 1

This past year, one of my Psychology undergraduate subjects was 'Social Psychology'. As part of this Blog series I will apply self-Forgiveness on all te Personality-Character Designs within 'Social Psychology, which have all been accepted as 'the way we are' and 'human nature' - where not even within Psychology or these Psychology textbooks, is mention ever made, that these accepted Personality-Character designs are actually the foundation of how we Live and become Abusers of life on this planet.

Thus far I have been walking the Series on The Character Design of Serial Killers, where I draw a comparison between the Mind of 'Serial Killers' and the Mechanics of the Mind of your average 'Human'. I decided to walk the two series' parallel to each other, which is actually quite specific, as walking the 'Social Psychology Series' will indeed assist in connecting the dots between the Psychology of a Serial Killer and the same Mind-Mechanics of 'The Human' as Abuser of Life.

"Social Psychology: The Scientific field that seeks to understand the nature and causes of individual behavior and thought in social situations."

Heuristics: 

According to the Social Psychology Textbook Heuristics are "simple rules for making complex decisions or drawing inferences in a rapid manner and seemingly effortless". You get the following types of Heuristics:

1. Representativeness Heuristic: "a strategy for making judgments based on which the extent to which current stimuli or events resemble other stimuli or categories" (Social Psychology 46). An example would be meeting a person for the first time, and noticing that her clothing style is rather conservative, neat and orderly - and through this you connect her clothing style to other people whom you have seen wearing the same thing, and from this you try and assume who this person could be and the profession he/she follows - therefore conservative, neat, orderly could be school teacher, librarian, business manager. The extent to which we take this 'association-program' exists within the confinement of associating values to people and things and accordingly also programming into this association all kinds of judgments as likes and dislikes. Take this one step further and you are looking at the human as an example or an organic robot, where we program all new events and experiences into our Mind according to predetermined values. This is how we categorize our world, not according to how things are, but according to energy system - wherein we assign values to people and things, based on how we experience ourselves in the presence of these predetermined values. For example in the case of 'school teacher, librarian, business manager' - the labeling effect included basing our own judgments into these labels, as mentioned previously according to how we experienced ourselves when around 'school teachers, librarians, business managers'. This would mean that when we are meeting a new person, and make the connection according to his/her way of dressing, speaking or their life style - and we allow this automatic program to 'kick in' and through this automatically react by 'making a decision about the person' we are directly allowing ourselves to not experience life and each other and this physical reality as it is, directly by observing this as they are - but we filter through pre-programmed likes and dislikes.

If one observes the world today - this heuristic is seen everywhere as we judge each other according to what we wear, where we went to school, the economic bracket we live within, the type of car we drive, our choice of lifestyle, our physical characteristics, career etc. In the background we have from young been indoctrinated into believing that who we are is dependent on how we speak, look and appear to others. Therefore the consumerism market plays on the fact that from young, people are projecting their self worth into and onto other 'things', 'concepts' and 'people' such as celebrities and our accomplishments and 'status' in life. Within this nobody questions whether this is truly what is best for man, because everybody who teachers this projection of self through things and people, have come to accept the consumeristic nature of our existence. Even when realizing that Capitalism thrives from this human internal battle, through selling us through whatever means possible, our 'self-worth and 'self-acceptance', we go as far as supplying instant justifications that we are doing so to keep 'the economy supported'.

Most act according to this Representativeness Heuristic through the belief one grew up within, that self is and has always been dependent on others. That is why religion is shoved down our throats - even if one considers that a child is born not knowing of gods and things like beauty vs. ugly - but soon is indoctrinated into all these beliefs and made to live it, or is reminded that self will not be acceptable to others and that you will 'go nowhere in life' if you dont 'fit in'. I remember from my own childhood experience, my mother tried to support me within her own frame of reference by always reminding me to walk tall, wear nice clothing, do not chew my nails and dont swear so much'...or you wont meet a nice man who will want to marry you. Here we as the parents are copying the 'representativeness heuristic' style of programming that our parents designed us into as young organic robots - and we merely repeat the cycle - not once asking ourselves whether this is really what we want to be - a de-manned version of man, separated always into billions of personalities seeking 'self-value' through the 'experience' (energy) of self through the eyes and words of others.

Next I will walk examples of the components of the 'Representativeness Heuristic' Character/Personality in the Mind, consisting of the dimensions of Fear, Thought, Imagination, Backchat/Internal Conversations, Reactions (emotions/feelings) and also a Behavioural System.

Thought Dimension: "Here, the Thought will be the ONE point that would activate the Representativeness Heuristic Character. The Thought can be in the form of an image/picture and/or Memory/past experience that would relate to activating the Representativeness Heuristic Character.

Thought as Image: Myself wearing old, frumpy clothes with ugly hair.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed the Thought as image/picture to automatically come up within my Conscious-Mind of me wearing old, frumpy clothes with ugly hair, that I in this forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand how I am in that moment accepting and allowing ONE THOUGHT coming up automatically within my Conscious Mind to determine, define who I am in my relationship to myself.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see, realize and understand that i made a decision when I programmed this image into and as myself, whereby I now deliberately set a trap, so to speak for myself as a picture that 'comes up within the mind' whereby I fall into this old trap, in which I go down the same road of emotions, feelings and physical behavioral changes, and within this

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to therefore, limit myself to a picture that in any given moment may come up and sieze my mind, from which point I allow myself to be taken directly into the other pre-programmed dimensions, whereby I am limiting myself into and as a pre-designed reactive state, all based on value systems I have imprinted into and as this one image.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to imprint into this one image the value system of 'ugly, not worthy and should be ignored, which were all value system I allowed myself to think about other people, which means that in that moment as I thought that about another, i gave permission to this value system of judgment, whereby I condemn myself and others to this energy system, which i trap myself into as a slave to this design.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that this energy value system i imprinted into and as this 'image' is not real, and only exist as the ugly nature of the human Psyche that exists for energy and therefore,

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed this energy system to exist within me, even though in self honesty I am able to see, realize and understand that by sheer connotation, this system is abuse to myself and other and I therefore delete it from myself as I realize it does not serve anybody or thing in this physical reality and has always only served the ego, which harms Life for its own embellishment.

I commit myself, that when as as I see this image in my mind as a thought that is already in motion, that is about to trigger me into my pattern, to stop participation in the Thought, by taking a breath, letting go of any energy-physical buildups, and to remain here within my physical body.

I commit myself that when I am faced with an image of myself in a photo or mirror and at any point a thought moves in relation to what I am seeing, to stop, breathe and remain committed to supporting myself within physical practicality, to direct my decision about for example clothing etc, always in relation to what is practical and supports the physical body.
