Day 150: Living by the principle of what is best for all part 3

Please read the previous 2 parts:

Day 147: Living by the principle of what is best for all part 1
Day 148: Living by the principle of what is best for all part 2
“In Psychology we touch on some of these practices that are actually realized as not being what is best for us such as ‘condemning someone because of a different belief system, bullying a child because they wont accept the same religion as the parent, victimising someone in the community for being gay/lesbian, attacking someone's character online because of their hairstyle or life style preference, society victimising/targeting a minority group which stir reactions and fears due to their different way of living. These are but a hand full of examples amongst millions of events that happen every day in millions of house holds and communities all over the world. Where people are enforcing their personal belief systems, ideologies, values and ways of thinking onto others and for most of these situations as I mentioned above – they are seen as justifiable by the rest of society under the banner of ‘protecting society’ or ‘your family’ or ‘your way of living’.”

So for myself I realized many things while investigating the world and the mind of the individual – our fears, our beliefs, how emotions and feelings work, what is consciousness etc. Within this I realized one key principle which in a way simplifies everything – ME. If I change myself into what is the best human I could be, where I stop looking towards gurus and profits like Jesus and actually change and Live me to be a solid, effective, trustworthy human being, living what is best for ALL – and then if each human does that, then obviously we will put an end on an individual thus global level to all forms of abuse.

Currently we are looking towards and blaming the governments, religions and ‘other people’ for not doing what is best – but can we see how these institutions are merely placed by us as management points and if we decide to live dishonesty, then obviously the management systems are going to manage us within our dishonesty. I mean religion was formed to popecontrol the human, where we were not living self responsibility – so people stepped in and used religion as  way to control people. Really, you can sugar coat religion as best you want to by saying ‘but jesus came’ and ‘I saw this’ and ‘but that happened’ or ‘that book was written by that profit/gods son/disciple’ and ‘that miracle happened’. You are able to justify any pre-programmed event into proof for what one is doing. And religion is an example of us not standing by ourselves, for ourselves as responsible humans. It is a mechanism that holds the human almost like  a backbone, where we do not trust ourselves to act alone for the best of all. And of course if one look at the principles of religion which have all clearly been shown, you will see that the hidden truths behind how the Mind of the human functions – is the foundation from which religions and the same for political parties are structured.

If in my mind  I desire to have somebody take my ‘sins’ away from me so that I can watch porn and have nasty thoughts about others people and deceive people in my business – what better way to do that than create a religion that will explain my weaknesses and take away my sins, so allowing me to continue doing what I was doing, but with a justified, societally acceptable scapegoat and outlet. The same method is applied for religions that condemn, and declare wars, and fight over so called ‘right and wrong’, and to protect classes of people and to condemn people who are different than those of that religion …. look at what exists inside ourselves as we belongs to the religion and you will see the truth of who we are at all times. The rules of a religion shows us the rules of our Minds. The same applies for politics and how laws are created – always protecting those who have an involvement in how laws are made.

Getting back to the Principle – I realized firstly that to be the change of a better human, a better world – I had to be the change – this in itself is common sense, but most who fight this point – do so because what we have accepted as ourselves as the true self that is hidden in our thoughts and reactions and feelings – this true self does not want to change. The true beingness of the human wants to have our special feelings and thoughts and place in the world where we are unique and different and liked and desires and rich and where we can separate ourselves from ‘others’ all the time, so that we can be better and see ourselves as better. This all comes with the territory of the Human Ego, which functions according to ( as I have mentioned before) ‘Energy’. The addiction to energy which is created by the mind within the body, is the reason why the human ‘thinks’. I am not referring to thinking as a practical tool of moving oneself in your environment such as ‘what will I make for supper’ I am talking about the mind that functions in a quantum level for energy as the Ego and Personality – where the thought goes from what will I make for supper – to I must make food that will be low in calories – so that I can loose weight – so that I can be skinny – so that men and woman will like me for being skinny and beautiful and this allows me to ‘feel’ beautiful and acceptable and desirable etc… and now I accept myself. One is able to walk inside the mind like this and see how most of our thoughts are running all the time to work on the deception which has become ‘the human’. Where our existence has become that of living through and for wanting to be special and powerful and unique and through these mind-values we will only accept ourselves.

So you might be asking yourself the question – what is wrong with me wanting to accept myself if I am beautiful? As I have explained above – currently all forms of abuse in this world exists, because we are all busy inflicting harm onto ourselves and others for self interest – about what ‘I WANT’. Therefore a choice always exists, for us to continue allowing this planet to be a foundation for us to grow up into adults where we accept what it means currently to be human, and we too accept our own pre programmed designs which take us down a path of playing a role in the self interest and illusion of what we have created as what it means to be alive. For most being alive means being loved, being appreciated, having material goods, having fun, having money, being free to do what you want, feeling special, belonging, having power in ones life. These statements as examples sound very nice on first view – however I encourage you as I have done for myself to walk these thought patterns deeper into what really goes on behind them, why we have them and what are the consequence in our world and to other people, nature and the animal kingdom, for the individual to be able to experience these ‘desires’ and desired forms of apparent ‘living’.

To be continued...

Day 7: South African Crime Research - The Voice of the Victim

The Victim Impact statement

The Victim Impact statement is used within South African law, as a written document by a victim, whom is the person who suffered personal harm (physical, psychological, social and financial) as a direct result of an offense (The South African Law Commission 2002:68).

A victim impact statement differs from the general victim testimony in court, as it allows the victim to ‘personalize the crime’ and to ‘express their anguish, pain and devastation caused to them, so that the consequences of the crime may be understood by all involved in the law proceedings.

A criminologist compiles the victim impact statement to contribute towards a ‘more balanced view’ between the various components such as the seriousness of the offense, the physical harm, psychological harm, evidence provided, testimonies. Therefore the purpose of the victim impact statement is for those involved in the law proceedings to get a glimpse into the actual experience of the victim, as a means of grasping the seriousness of the crime on the life of a victim. (Criminology and Security Science 2012: 77 – 85)

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the existence of crime within my world.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing no real solutions to be found for the existence of crime and to instead have to manipulate the jurors and judges through emotions and feelings to find it within them to relate to the victim and punish the perpetrator, without any clear understanding of how and why crime exists.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the existence of victim impact statements, instead of getting to the direct cause of why people commit crimes and to address the issue directly, equally for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the use of inner conflict within beings to fuel the current situation within the world based on anger and fear towards each other.

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to stand firstly for the end of all crime, by ending all crimes against life, as that which I have already manifested as the world systems, which by definition abuses and separates and forces people into abusive lives, which then has the outflow and consequence of further abuse.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing ignorance to exist within me as an idea and opinion that bad people commit crime and should be punished.

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to realize that the real evil that exists in this world are those who stand by and enjoy the fruits of the abuse that is done towards the humans, animals and planet earth whom are in positions and whom have no say and have no choice but to survive.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the capitalistic system, on which we have built this deceitful acceptance of abusing beings on this planet for the profit and greed of a minority while the rest of us as the elite who benefit from capitalist, sit back and pretend ignorance.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing money to be the driving force behind everything I do on this planet, as the driving force of me as survival.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing money to be my life and that which motivates me, instead of me being motivated to live life and to see life equally being lived by all, with no fear and hatred and greed being the driving force of myself.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing greed to exist in this world and to use that as an excuse for why we can force billions of beings into survival daily where most do not have sufficient needs met, forcing many into survival based abusive practices to feed themselves and their families.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the period of waiting to see what happens, where the end result is people having to write out emotional letters placing themselves as further victims within the system, instead of priority being given to the welfare of each.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to ignore the effect that our current world system has on the beings that inhabit this planet, and instead of acting to solve the problems, to postpone the inevitable, waiting generation after generation for suffering to compound until it is too late.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself as the victim, the one that waits for somebody else to change my world, to change me and to stand up for the life within me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be the victim, because growing up I believed I was nothing and that some god or man would come and take care of me, through which I abdicated my self-responsibility and my self-will – to stand before the system dependent and without a voice, accepting life without question.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself as the perpetrator – the one that wants to take from others, without considering and applying myself here within practical self-responsibility.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the existence of the perpetrator within me, the hiding and sulking and blaming others for the decisions I have made in my life.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to become the judge and jury who judge others for their actions, without considering my part in this reality and that which I have directly and tacitly agreed to by accepting out current reality as it is.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself as the perpetrator – the one that wants to take from others, without considering and applying myself here within practical self-responsibility.

I commit myself within equality to stop the abuse that I allow in my world in the name of greed and self-interest.

I commit myself through writing to reveal that within my world, within myself which does not serve life on this planet.

I commit myself to reveal to myself the practices and ideologies that are based on lies and deception.

I commit myself to stop emotionally feeding off the suffering of others in the name of self-entertainment.

I commit myself to re-write myself as the living word into a being that can be trusted and who will stand for all life, and to serve life as what is best for all.

I commit myself to stop the crimes against life that I have come to accept as myself – where I live in a world where starvation and abuse is acceptable because we make money from it.

I commit myself to find ways to stop any and all forms of abuse and to not ‘beat around the bush’ about why crime exist, but to directly see and communicate the lies we have come to accept as our society, for all to see and hear.

I commit myself to stop the genocide of life, before it is too late and there is nothing left of us but our ugly nasty entity minds that devour and consume everything round us.

I commit myself to stop participating in the rotten child syndrome, through which we feed of the spoils of the earth, watching countless beings suffer and crying for mercy once it is too late.

I commit myself to see, hear and understand what it is that I am required to do to bring about a dignified life for all.

I commit myself to not accept the existence of crime as normal and to not accept any justification for abuse and crime, as no reason could possibly exist for us to abuse each other, this planet and nature.

I commit myself to stop participating in the energy reactions of listing to someone’s crime story in which I allow my curiosity to have reactions direct me to maintain my world of abuse and torture where I will deliberately turn a blind eye to what is happening in my world because it stimulates my mind.

I commit myself to bring about a world system that is best for all, so that all may have their basics needs met and have equal opportunity to love and express here in dignity and in full expression of life as the physical.

I commit myself to bring about a new economic system that will benefit all who live on this planet and to transform my old ways of living and being as the crime against life into something new – which will be the living manifestation of what is best for all.

Day 4: South African Crime Research - Xenophobia and Hate Crimes

HATE CRIMES: According to the Criminology and Security Sciences Study Guide (2012:166), from the University of South Africa hate crimes are referred to as “when individuals become victims of crime on the basis of their race, ethnicity, religion, political convictions and gender or sexual orientation.

The underlying criminal offenses that are labeled in hate crimes include, but are not limited to crimes against the person such as harassment, terroristic threats, assault and crimes against property like criminal trespass, criminal mischief and arson.  The internet has been identified as a new medium through which hate groups and individuals transfer their views (Hill 2008).

XENOPHOBIA: according to the Oxford English dictionary (2012) xenophobia is the intense or irrational dislike or fear of people from other countries.

A list of Recommendations by various authors in the field of Victimology and Criminology for the prevention of future Xenophobic attacks (in South Africa):

  1.     Provision for basic needs such as water (Hadland 2008).
  2.     Community forums already in existence need to be expanded on and educated about how to facilitate communication (Hadland 2008)
  3.    Housing policy needs to be revisited. (Hadland 2008)
  4.      Service delivery issues need to be revisited (Hadland 2008).
  5.       Migration policies need to be revisited as South Africans need to be educated on migration issues (Hadland 2008).
  6.       A process needs to be implemented whereby people are integrated, so that they can become part of the community (Hadland 2008).
  7.       The government should take responsibility – the failure of the governments to process people from other countries was a short term catalyst for the recent violence (Camerer 2008).
  8.       Police, governments and ‘civil society’  had done and affective job in ending violence and assisting victims, however now short, medium and long term strategies were required to deal with the problem. (Camerer 2008).
  9.     Parliament had to provide leadership, asses the entire legislative framework governing foreign nationals and address corruption in the department of home affairs. (Camerer 2008).
  10.    Parliament should also look at police capacity to deal with such outbreaks of violence and closely monitor both the reintegration process and the prosecution in special courts of those arrested during violence (Camerer 2008).
  11.   Care should be taken around allowing six million people from other countries to compete with South Africa for resources (Peter Mulder 2008).
  12.    Steps should be taken to remove expressions that can be used on derogatory ways (2008).

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself as humanity to victimize and abuse people based on them being of a different race, culture or religion.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the design of religion and race , through which I firstly separate myself into a separate mind personality and beingness, which is separate from who I really am as the physical – thus opening the door to abusing myself and others in this world.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to abuse others in the name of race and culture, simply because abuse exists within me as the true nature of myself.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the existence of race and culture, instead of living practically here with all humans, as equals, created equally from and as the physical, but instead being driven through ego and self-interest to compete with others humans.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself as humanity to split people into races, countries and cultures, instead of realizing the time that we waste on such activities, where we could all be living equally and expressing ourselves.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to abuse myself and others through this competition as ‘different countries and races’  instead of standing up for life in all ways, to find practical, common sensical ways of living what is best for all – to remove anger, abuse and competition until it no longer exist as part of ‘human nature’.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing justifications such as ‘but god made us different’ to exist within me through which I continue to allow myself as the next generation to fuel the abuse that exist in the name of cultures and religions.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing any excuses such as ‘god; to exist within me, through which at any point I allow me as the abusive nature I have become to abuse others.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself when growing up, to accept the belief my parents taught me that people of other religions and cultures and races are different and bad, simply because they follow different ways of living and have different skin pigmentations.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing any form of abuse that existed in my past and in my present and in the future, simply because I watched as people abuse each other, without speaking up and changing myself to not allow any such abusive tendencies to exist within me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to place the responsibility and control of the planets resources in the hands of governments, simply because I abdicated full self-responsibility as myself as a human for the effective, equal and one distribution of resources to all life on this planet.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing governments to exist because I have placed self direction and self responsibility in their hands.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing governments as the externalization of who I have become within, to abuse life and those who live on this planet, by controlling resources and giving resources only to those who have money.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing governments to exist.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing governments to deceive me, because I have allowed myself to deceive myself and others, therefore what exists as corrupt governments exists because I made the decision to allow greed and corruption.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to grow up believing that I have to deceive others to control my life and to survive above others.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the lie that exists within the current world systems called ‘communication’ which is basically survival based words spoken by people with money to people without money to further control them within their role within the current system.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing communication to exist around keeping people satisfied with the current world system and the lives they live within it, instead of getting to the core of what is required for us to live what is best for all.

I forgive myself for having accepted and allowed any form of false communication where in my mind I knew I was deceiving people to have a desired outcome.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing ‘processes of integration’ whereby I am basically saying that humans who have the birth right to live on this planet and have their basic needs met as our birth right have to go through processes to fit into communities, because communities cannot simply accept people as one and equal as life.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing processes to make it easier for myself to accept others.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing failure within governments as an ongoing thing in our world, instead of standing for effective management of what is here .

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the concept of short, middle and long term plans – which is deception – because we should be directing everything here already as what is best for all – and not have to pretend to care for life by forcing governments and ourselves to implement short, middle and long term solutions.

I forgive myself for not stopping the real reasons within myself why I as a human allow violence to exist within me, which is why violence exists within humanity and the world.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to exist in moments of violence and thoughts of violence, not realizing that I am the cause of the problem which I now expect the government to fix, while all the government is concerned about is protecting wealth and power.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing wealth and power to exist as my driving force in life, causing me to not find sustainable best for all solutions for all but to pretend to bring the end to violence while I know that I am not directing the real cause of the problem.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the lie which is psychology to exist, which tells humanity that we will never find the real reason why humanity allows self-deception, but that we can simply try and solve it by seeing psychologists, while in the world violence and abuse continues.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to not clearly directly see how the mind of each human works and the direct cause of the problems humanity face – by simply observing myself and others in my world.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the deliberate decision to not see what is really going on, because I know that money is behind how the world functions and I am so afraid of being poor that I will not question the current world systems.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing the existence of policing as a pretense to dealing with the symptoms of a problem which I know I have caused through what I have accepted and allowed as human nature, which I have lived as the nature of myself as that which exists in my mind as backchat, thoughts, feelings, emotions, words and deeds.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing statements such as ‘care should be taken around allowing six million people from other countries to compete with South Africa for resources’ – through which I am tacitly and directly saying that I want to control all resources of ‘my country’ so that I can have money and live a comfortably life, not sharing with the other inhabitants of this planet.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing greed to be my directive principle in which I will allow billions of beings to starve and live in horrendous conditions while I have my country protect me from other people.

For more self-forgiveness on borders, countries, nations

I commit myself to honor all life on this planet, as my equals, regardless of color, nationality, category in society.

I commit myself to stopping all forms of separation within how I live and communicate with others to stop such abusive concepts such as nationality, race, gender – which is used in the current system simply to control money as people.

I commit myself that when I am in a position to provide for and manage resources for all, to do so from and as the principle of what is best for all.

I commit myself to direct myself in equality – to stop any practices of inequality within myself, from which the current world systems of abuse was designed.

I commit myself within my capacity here on this earth to find solutions for the world problems to end the  abuse that exists.

I commit myself to stand for life and to stand as the principle to bring about a world that is best for all

I commit myself to stop deception, war and abuse within myself.
I commit myself to stop the deception of borders and nationality which exist to separate and control in the name of greed.

I commit myself to bring about a world that is free from survival and self-interest, to a world where all are taken care of equally as the birth right of ourselves as life.
