Day 185: The Paranormal series Part 40: The difference between Energy and Breath 1

This blog will discuss the content from the following Eqafe interview:

Demons in the Afterlife - Part 13

Previous blogs/vlogs in the "Paranormal Series':

In this interview Mykey speaks about Breath versus Energy - which for those who are familiar with the Desteni Principles - breath and energy are 2 terms that most are familiar with. Because in these 'Demon in the Afterlife' interviewss and blogs we (mykey and myself) are referring to terms such as energy, mind possession and breathing - I wanted to open up this point of 'Energy' versus 'Breathing - because it makes up a fundamental part of the Principles from which I am walking these blogs. Also - because my previous 3 vlogs went more into the details of stopping oneself when going down the rabbit hole of a pattern and how to live ones self corrections - I wanted to bring this interview about breath in here specifically as all these support points go together.

It also follows nicely on my previous blog on: Day 184: Self Purification through Writing, Self Forgiveness and Self Application

So basically to recap on what Mykey was speaking about: I have found that for us humans Energy is seen as the pinnacle of human existence from 2 perspectives: (1) For example you will have people who are into religion and spirituality whom see energy as the reason why we exist - the spirit or energy bodies thus being considered as 'who we really are' and that our human physical bodies are merely vessels for these energy bodies. These energy bodies are seen as timeless and cosmic or divine - where they come from many life times, and thus contain as part of their experiences a vast amount of information stored in the energy body - which from the perspective of spirituality - we are to align ourselves to, if we are to draw from the many life times of 'lessons' learnt and wisdom obtained - as we have travelled for many lifetimes through spiritual journeys. This then becomes our ultimate goal as the human to 'better ourselves' in the spiritual sense. Therefore disease, body discomfort, mental anguish, stress, emotional pain etc - is often described in terms of us not really being 'in tune' with our spiritual selves or 'energy selves', or 'energy bodies' and therefore from the perspective of 'new age' therapies and spiritual practises the key of 'therapy' would always be to align ones chakras, energies, etc - therefore the assumption has always been more that that the chakras and other 'energy' systems are more than who we are as the body and the mind.

In religion and spirituality we obviously also place 'more' emphasis on the invisible energy realms because of the belief in the existence of gods and deities - therefore in the mind a connection has been created between our spiritual, invisible bodies and that of the 'invisible god in the sky' theories. Therefore in spirituality and mainstream religions if something is invisible and is connected in terminology to 'god' and 'heaven' then that which is invisible and described as belonging to the same invisible energy systems as that of this god - must be good and wise. And therefore on the one hand you will have one religion sitting in churches every Sunday focussing on invisible beings in heaven, whom they connect to while in his holy temple and receive messages from through the minister/priest - but as long as no other religion does the same lol. And here you have the battle of religious condemning each other for not worshiping the correct invisible god/deity/force.

(2) Anyway so the second example of 'energy worship' comes from the relationship we have created between the power and existence of the invisible gods living in the sky, to the creations of ourselves by these gods/god. Meaning - we as humans believe that a god created us and therefore what exist inside of us as the image and likeness of god - is 'what is meant to be' - and this you will see is the justification and reason that most human beings used to describe the existence of the mind of the human. That what exists inside of me as 'my experiences' are justified because 'god' gave them to me. For example if one questions emotion and feeling systems within the human - one will be meant with anger and discontent - because your average human will chastise you for your blasphemy because emotion and feeling energy systems are 'a apart of us' and are created as part of us by 'god'.

The fact that since the dawn of human thinking we have never taken responsibility for our emotion and feeling energy systems, but instead have created societal and community support systems to make emotion and feeling systems justifiable - obviously means that emotion and feeling energy systems within the human are problematic and no god is taking responsibility for our actions and internal realities - so who is suppose to take responsibility?. We will always protect our emotion and feeling energy bodies, no matter whether we are heading for total human annihilation because each human is addicted to our emotion and feeling systems, to the extent that we will destroy each other, nature and this planet so that each human can live out self interest in the form of 'my emotions and 'my feelings'...

Day 166: The Paranormal Series part 27 - Demons vs. Angels part 14

This blog is a continuation from:

The one things that became more prominent within myself over these years, was as I have mentioned before this false sense of empowerment. I felt strongly that the 'world system' was one tracked, meaning you work (if you are able to find employment), you get a boyfriend or girlfriend, you pay your taxes, you get married and you have kids - and if one did not really have an interest in the mainstream flow of what we would call 'life' - then it becomes very difficult functioning in the world as it exists currently. Therefore as the years went by I retreated more and more into myself, into my belief systems and obviously this resulted in me getting more and more involved in my spiritual beliefs.

Therefore as I mentioned in a previous blog - I developed from there an interest in 'alternative medicines' and specifically after visiting a Kinesiologist, I knew that this is what I wanted to do. Years later of course as I looked back at the factors involved in my decision making, I realized that my 'choices' in wanting to become a 'healer was partly to do with the fact that I had a lot of 'healing' to do myself, because of the fact that my relationship, or shall I say lack of a relationship with both my father and mother left me with low self esteem and low self worth - which is something which one often sees in children, who do not develop or develop 'skewed' relationships with one or both parents. The child, in essence becomes as an adult the direct reflection of how they experienced themselves with their parents, because obviously if a child sees that a parent treats them with slight indifference, then the child accepts this 'verdict' by the parent, of who the child is and will accept this as their own 'identity' or 'self-belief' and will become 'self indifferent'. This self-indifference for example, then branches out into various other 'I am statements' such as I am nothing, or I don’t belong, or I am ugly, or nobody wants me.

The experience one then has towards others is always coming from and based upon a self belief. What I have found very interesting in studying the development of the human psyche, is that family and societal relationships are all based on affirming ones relationships towards others - fascinating. Meaning - where we split the being into self versus others, which obviously then becomes a life long battle of trying to live up to the expectations of others, instead of realizing I AM HERE - meaning here I am in my physical body, I am already complete, therefore how can parts of me be with and from other people? But, again because the capitalists and marketers and psychologists study and formulate information used in consumerism to support consumerism, the truth of I AM HERE, does not get mentioned as a definitive truth, because this would be the entire collapse of the consumerism system as people will stop engaging the outside world for 'self fulfillment' but will express self - which are 2 very different things. Currently the consumerism market exist on the premise of pushing and impulsing humanity to buy as much as possible, in the pursuit for personal happiness and fulfillment. Unfortunately growing up, our parents believed the brainwashing, and raised their children to become energy systems and obviously as all of us get addicted to the energy systems of the mind, it becomes more and more difficult for us to stop and see what we are doing and change...

Day 148: Living by the principle of what is best for all part 2

Day 143: From Criminal to Principled Living
Day 144: Realising and Living my utmost potential part 1
Day 145: Realising and Living my utmost potential part 2

This blog is a continuation from:
Day 147: Living by the principle of what is best for all part 1

“At times I fought the world system, where the ‘darker’ character in me would come out and fight and cuss and blame ‘society’ and religion and my parents etc, blaming everyone for my locked in feeling where I wanted to just be left alone to do my own thing, but was always being contained by either a lack of money or societies rules. Then I would give into the perceived pressure, and realize that to survive in this world I had to work and to survive, so within this I ‘chose’ to follow an interest which was healing and the art of understanding the metaphysics of the human mind and body and how energy worked. So I studied Kinesiology, Reiki and Energy healing, but all the while I felt constantly overwhelmed by depression – something that I inherited from my father, but which also existed as part of my pre-programmed design to give up on myself and exist in conflict my entire life…”
So years ago as I mentioned in my previous blog, I started on a very superficial level, becoming aware of what people were doing/experiencing, and what Society was doing that I could see was not what is best for everyone. I could see that something was wrong with the money system, with the rules and values of society as being in contradiction to itself  and how religion and family values were for example based on avoiding fear and supporting class, and entitlement. What I did not understand at the time, but started investigating once I joined Desteni, was who I was as equal within what I saw in others.

So after joining Desteni, I worked with myself for a long time, investigating my own pre-programmed designs and my genetically inherited traits, which I accepted as who I was, therefore defining and limiting myself into a being whom I knew for years was stuck and afraid and angry. I did not know how to assist myself – but it was in this questioning that I ended up asking the questions that got me here. In this blog – if you have read my previous blogs – you will notice that the direction I have been taking with exploring the mind of the criminal has always been to not separate criminals from ‘normal people’ as we would be so presumptuous to call ourselves, but to draw the parallels within the Designs that exist in ALL humans to varying degrees.

serial_killers_bannerFor example I would draw a parallel between the consciousness Psyche and Design that exists within the Serial killer as someone who’s design is focussed around specific patterns of possession, anger, fear, desire for control and desire for power etc. Then I look at these same design points that exist within myself and ‘humanity as a whole’  - and how we exist in society supporting each other’s designs, to the extent that we will continue to justify why it is ok for us to have people harming each other, without really at any point stepping in and stopping any and all forms of abuse – even through to political, family, religious and societal levels. Therefore I explore how we all allow each others to get away with harming and abusing because if I allow you to do what you want, you will do the same for me. And that is the biggest resistance that people face when reading or hearing the words in the principle of ‘Living by the Principle of what is best for all – guiding me in thought, word and deed to always in all ways direct problems to the best possible outcome for all’.

That is why one will find that the thoughts that come up inside oneself is always ‘why should I change what I think, what I believe, what I do, what I allow inside myself and in my external world – others don't do it’ or ‘but I am also just trying to enjoy my life’ or ‘but this is how god made me’... That is why in all societies we only draw a line on abusing if lives are lost or a ‘law is broken’ and laws are designed only to stop the obvious crimes – however the same type of crime could happen in a family environment – but as a society we continue to exist around each others lives – where behind closed doors abuse of all forms continues to exist. Most forms of abuse are not even seen as ‘abuse’ it is seen as the right of the parent, the right of the politician, the right of the police or law maker, the right of the land owner, the right of the business owner, the right of the capitalist, the right of the child, mother, father, priest, friend, husband, wife, individual etc. ‘Freedom of choice’ is always used as the statement that is supposed to end all arguments/perspectives against our individual lack of self responsibility – why our internal worlds do not require cleaning, because it is our right to freedom of expression what is within.

In Psychology we touch on some of these practices that are actually realized as not being what is best for us such as ‘condemning someone because of a different belief system, bullying a child because they wont accept the same religion as the parent, victimising someone in the community for being gay/lesbian, attacking someone's character online because of their hairstyle or life style preference, society victimising/targeting a minority group which stir reactions and fears due to their different way of living. These are but a hand full of examples among millions of events that happen every day in millions of house holds and communities all over the world. Where people are enforcing their personal belief systems, ideologies, values and ways of thinking onto others and for most of these situations as I mentioned above – they are seen as justifiable by the rest of society under the banner of ‘protecting society’ or ‘your family’ or ‘your way of living’.
